We were camping just down the road at Weroona Caravan Park which is dog friendly. The bowls club says no dogs inside however there are tables around the back and they have no problem with dogs out there. Do the locals stare at you as some reviews say? It's a town numbering in the hundreds (if that) so everyone knows everyone and strangers tend to stand out. That said, if your friendly then so are the locals! Staff were also nice although one oddity is that the bistro takes credit/EFTPOS but the bar is cash only. The special actually comes with a drink so if your after a drink with your meal, that's the easiest method. Food was good with huge servings. You know how the burgers look massive at...
New chef and renovated kitchen at the Brighton Bistro in Manning Point Bowling Club. Food is delicious and portions are very generous! Chef makes all sauces and salads from scratch as well. Entrees are so good you can order 2 or 3 and share them as a meal. Chicken Parmigiana was fantastic and Beer Battered Barramundi delicious. Chef has weekly specials Duck spring rolls this week! Well worth the visit! Plus the club itself has the best cold beer on tap in the area!
Went here for dinner on a Friday night and was very pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu and restaurant quality of the club food. I had pulled pork croquettes, which was an entrée but was delicious quite enough for dinner my friends thoroughly enjoyed their parmesan herb crusted chicken schnitzel (I had a taste and they were excellent) We were with a group of about 15 and everyone loved their meals.
The staff at Manning Point Bowls Club are fantastic. They make you feel very welcome whether you're buying a drink at the bar or ordering a meal from the bistro. Milton, Troy, Piper, Judy, and Danny behind the bar always make an effort to chat with you, which is great. They make you feel special every time. I have no hesitation in recommending Manning Point Bowls Club to all my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at this traditional country club. The bar staff was friendly and attentive, and the club was in pristine condition. The food from the kitchen was superb, with delicious and filling meals, topped off with the most amazing sticky date pudding I've ever had. I even took some photos to capture our lunch today.
Overall the brighton is a very nice place The staff were friendly. The food was good. There was lots of seating available in the beer garden where you can sit have a drink and relax and talk without the music being too loud
The best thing about this club is the amazing food! Excellent prices, fresh quality meals and prompt friendly service. We come here for dinner every time we visit Manning Point.
This is the first time in many months that I have supported the our local club. The meals were fantastic this evening. One of the best meals every has enjoyed!!!

The chef on Sunday afternoon was fantastic Took the time to make us to terrific platters of food which was delicious. If I could I would give her 10 stars.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful evening at this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious.
