I recently had a great experience at the Brookdale Restaurant. The pizza was utterly delicious, boasting a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving more. I also couldn't resist ordering their giant mozzarella stick, which went beyond my expectations—it was incredibly tasty! The only downside of my visit was the inattentive service from our server. The only downside to my visit was the lack of attentive service from our server. Unfortunately, they seemed to be missing in action for most of our meal. About halfway through, I needed a water refill, but it took quite some time before we could get their attention. Thankfully, our server eventually brought the water towards the end of our meal.
Despite this minor setback, the incredible pizza and delicious mozzarella stick more than compensated for it. I highly recommend Brookdale Restaurant for its amazing food, with just a suggestion to keep an eye out for the server's attentiveness. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!
The service started terrible to begin with.Only half of the table received a plate and utensils. We had to request them twice. Our waiter never gave us water so, another one did 15 minutes later. We all had of our orders mixed up and they completely forgot to put one order in. They stated that order would be on the house since it came out 15 minutes later and still charged it to the bill (we payed it as a lesson to never go back). While still eating the delayed meal the waiter came over to ask us about dessert? The place wasn't busy at all so not much of an excuse.
My friend took me to the Brookdale after a quick business meeting. My favorite choice is usually a good burger and I have to say this one was so juicy. 50% bacon, 50% beef with a fried egg The service was good and the ambiance was nice and quiet allowing for conversation.
