after purchasing my food with my debit card. I kindly asked for a ranch and told me I had to be charged again.I purchased a large order of buffalo fries. I was taken back considering the fact I just spent almost 15$ bucks a for a meal. the meal it's self was not tasty and made within 2 mins. which tells me there's not real recipe or cooking heart that goes into their meals.terrible customer service and should consider stepping it up if it plans to stay in business. I give it another year before this establishment gets replaced.best of luck.
Today, we placed an order through DoorDash and only received part of it. After contacting DoorDash to voice our concerns, we started eating what we did receive. Unfortunately, we discovered that our lemon pepper wings were undercooked. I've attempted to call the restaurant at least 20 times but have only gotten a busy signal each time. It's really disappointing, especially since we've had such excellent meals from here in the past. I just hope no one ends up getting sick.
The staff at this restaurant is consistently rude and mostly comprised of young kids. It takes an incredibly long time for them to prepare and deliver orders. The wings themselves are not impressive—sometimes they aren't even fried all the way, leaving the skin soft and unappetizing. Overall, the prices are too high for what you get. I would recommend going to Wingstop, Fire Wings, or really any other place that serves wings instead!
place looks clean, staff is friendly, service was fast... but food was not good fries were super dry and hard, chicken also dry and the fries had no sauce.. I tried the fries in East LA and they were soooo good.. was disappointed when eating these..placed 2 orders both were super dry n hard. Réservez une table maintenant
The place is nice and the staff was friendly. However, our chicken was cold but the fries were warm. They remade two of our orders just to have both the chicken and fries come out cold again. Flavor was great just cold. Very disappointed, since my niece had been here before and had hot food.
