8/19/2023 service was the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. there was 6 adults and two babies two and under they told us we couldn't sit together unless we paid 18 percent gratuity in which it cost 39.99 for each of us to eat . so we ask could we be separated but close like the table over . we were told no and three of my kids where placed at the other side of the building as far as they could get them away from us . then we had to endure the worst food that I have ever eat we paid 40 dollars a person for turnip greens, dressing that looked like dog food with no seasoning , prime rib that blood was coming out of it . every thing on that buffet was stuff that we eat everyday at h...
My husband and I just went last night 11/27/2021 and let me just tell you that nasty crappy food was not worth the $64.00 that we spent! The food was literally so bad that we couldn't even eat it! Money WASTED!!! It tasted so awful that we will NEVER go back there! We would have been better off going elsewhere! And don't let me forget, the servers would just stand there looking around doing nothing so therefore glasses sat empty! No TIP for them! Save yourself your time and your money because it's so terrible it's not worth wasting hard earned money on!! They don't even deserve one star! It should be a negative 100 stars!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
This place USE to be good. I'm just not please with my last few visits. 1. Everyone does NOT eat RAW meat. If you have Prime Rib, have an extra selection for those of us who like our meat done. 2. The most disgusting thing was to watch this little girl stick her finger in a chocolate cake icing and leave it there...*dry heaves* Of course I informed someone so they could remove it. Just not the best Buffet now. Crab legs are $18.99 per lb... wait...what???
In an effort to salvage the evening, my sister, who flew in from California for this occasion, ended up paying the gratuity and pleaded with the manager to let us stay, even though she didn't eat. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and has left me unwilling to return to this restaurant or the casino. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.

The restaurant has finally reopened, but it offers less food at the same price. The most popular item, crab legs, was absent, yet the buffet price remains unchanged. It just doesn’t seem fair. For $29.99, the selection is quite limited compared to the pre-pandemic version. We used to dine here frequently when it was open before, but not anymore.
If you like shrimp and steak then it's definitely worth the money you spend on it. If you don't then it's probably not cause the other foods are basic cheap bland foods that I would rather have at a cheap fast food place. The 4 different types of shrimp make this place well worth it for me!
I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed during my entire three-day visit. I hope to have a better experience next time, so please open your doors and welcome guests who want to enjoy a meal!
Everything on the buffet was horrible. lo mein noodles were cold and hard, chicken was cold and had no taste and desserts were still half frozen. $29.99 wasted!!!

The food was good, nothing spectacular for the price. Service was good. It was extra to add crab, but too much IMO. Desserts were really good.
The buffet was pretty good. Really enjoy the selection of differ food on the bar. Very clean.
