Sunday early evening family meal out. First time we'd eaten at the Bull and Claw. Service was excellent. Bring your own crayons but staff are so kind and helpful with paper. We had the half lobster which in everyway was absolutely superb! Lobster was cooked perfectly and served cut around in the shell. Salad was a lovely mix of vegetables cheese and no scrimping on the a homemade dressing. Very impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Mark served us with willing smile and helpfulness. Definitely recommend trying Donaghadee. Parking: Being Sunday evening we lucked out on 2 on street free parking spaces right in front of the restaurant. We came for dinner on a Wednesday evening. We were given menus, to look at whilst we had drinks made. The menu consisted of 3 starters, 3 main, 3 desserts, we asked where the main menu was, as were we’re looking for vegetarian options, to be told we are only serving that menu, so you can have the goats cheese followed by the bean burger. We said we didn’t like the bean burger and were told “sorry that’s the options”. There was a specials menu that was given to us, which had an additional couple of meals, but again no vegetarian. The food we ordered was ok, but not worth a return visit, It could be such a lovely place, but the limited menu, and what seems like lack of interest from the staff...
Great food, atmosphere and friendly staff albeit one junior female waitress who had a bit of an attitude and lack of manners when returning change from the bill to our table and when we were leaving. Disappointing as I don't tip rudeness! Menu is a bit limited and could do with more choices. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Simply the best. Went on Friday for lunch, we were a party of five, I had the steak and it was to die for. Service was amazing the guy who served us was so friendly and professional. Definitely my favorite restaurant, and I've dined in minchelin star.
