The Burger Experience

I ordered two boneless wing combos, but my order was mistakenly given to someone else. I received a call asking what they should do, and it seemed pretty clear to me that they should just remake the order and give it to the correct DoorDash driver. Instead, they had to check with the manager to confirm that was acceptable, which felt quite odd. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the boneless wings tasted more like spicy chicken nuggets. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

The experience with the wings was dreadful. This place almost put my family in danger! One time, we were served wings that were sharper and tougher than scissors. On another occasion, their attempt at a chicken sandwich was so bad that we couldn't help but laugh out loud at how poorly they managed to cook a chicken patty. Honestly, I feel for whoever calls themselves the "Chef" here. However, I do want to give a shout-out to the fry cook—the garlic fries were excellent!

I ordered through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the two extra sauces I paid for were missing. The fries were undercooked—cold and hard in the center. The burger bun was stale as well. The worst part is that I can’t get a refund or a replacement; all Uber Eats offered was a small credit for a future order because of the missing sauces. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

The burger consisted only of a patty and bacon, and the address listed on Google is completely incorrect. The sides were also underwhelming. It was disappointing, especially since Smokey Bones, the restaurant in question, usually offers better quality. You would expect a place named The Burger Experience to serve more impressive burgers, right? Réservez une table maintenant

If you’re looking for a good place to eat wings this will be my last chose. I made an order of wing by DoorDash tonight and it was awful and they even put a tiny little wing that you can barely counted like one wing. I’m paying for 6 wings but they were extra small they barley have meat on it and it tasted extra bad and dry. Not recommend.

i see all the bad reviews about this place, but my boyfriend and i have ordered doordash from here multiple times and every time it has been great. orders have been accurate every time, and definitely no raw chicken. cooked through. and pretty good. and good amount of sauce on wings. recommend

My kids ordered from DoorDash. This food is HORRIBLE! Wings are undercooked . Where’s the sauce? There is a spoonful of cause on them, There’s hardly any flavor to the wings.fries .. thumbs down. This should not have been sent out! Very stingy with the sauce. Wings are naked
