I rarely write reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant one. We chose this restaurant expecting a basic understanding of gluten-free requirements. Unfortunately, it was clear from the start that the staff had very little idea about coeliac disease or cross-contamination. We spent a long time explaining the situation to the waiter and double-checking what would be safe to eat. After all that, we ordered a steak, which seemed like the safest option. What arrived was not what we ordered. Instead of a steak, a burger was served, and it looked extremely poor quality, completely unsuitable given the dietary concerns we had carefully explained. It was disappointing and frankly concern...
The service here was warm and friendly. I was happy with the service at the tables. However the food was not good. I had a massive beef short rib with cheesy chips. The beef short rib was tough and chewy which made for a disgusting meal. They should have cooked it to 90c+ internal temps and wrapped it in foil or butchers paper to make it super soft and lovely, but no that's definitely not how they cook it there. They probably broiled it making it as tough as an old pair of boots. The chips had about 4-5 chips covered with a small amount of cheese....pathetic.

Plus d'une heure trente pour manger juste un plat.... C'est long! Et c'est loin d'être plein La nourriture est mangeable, mais on ne peut pas dire bonne. C'est pratique parce que c'est dans l'hôtel, mais si vous pouvez éviter, n'hésitez pas

Poke bowls at this establishment do not have rice nor soy sauce. The salad with the fish and chips is literally a few leaves. Very expensive compared to the quality of the food. Lovely staff however.
Los platos que proponen están buenos pero su precio es excesivo. Gran trato, pero un horario muy reducido para combinarlo con la visita a Disney.
