Knowing that we wanted to get married at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA), we quickly found out that The Catered Affair was the exclusive event planner for the ICA. I cannot say enough about how helpful this team was throughout the entire wedding process! They provided a preferred vendor list, coordinated with the rental company, organized the day-of timeline with each vendor, created an incredible menu, and ensured our wedding day went perfectly! TCA was outstanding! They recently catered our wedding for 180 guests at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, RI. From the tastings to the day-of service, everything was executed flawlessly. Erica assisted us in designing a Parisian-inspired menu along with signature cocktails. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was! One friend even mentioned they attempted to recreate the appetizer for their own dinner party. Thank you, Erica and the TCA team, for making our wedding so memorable!

I had a wonderful experience working with Emily Pacini and the rest of the Catered Affair crew! I've worked with many catering teams and TCA was so professional, organized and easy to work with. We had a lot of changes due to COVID restrictions but Emily was always quick to keep us in the loop and would encourage creative ideas to help my client feel at ease with the ever changing restrictions. I'd highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them again in the future.
The hotel venue for my wedding contracted with TCA this year. It was a new contract so I expected bumps along the way, but overall was disappointed the day of my wedding. TCA was supposed to provide a meat and cheese board to eat while I got ready for the day; it didn’t show up until after I left for the wedding. I attempted to contact them multiple times asking about the food because I relied on what they promised. Instead of telling me they were unable to deliver it on time
If this is the company that provides Afternoon Tea at the Boston Public Library, I've been trying to get in touch with someone for several days. I received a return call on my voicemail, but after calling back, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone. I've tried three different numbers over the past few days, but I haven't received a direct response. Since I haven't even had the opportunity to experience this service, I can't recommend this business either.
I delivered to this restaurant for a specialty food company, and I must say, the commissary was immaculate.
