The Cheese Course - Réservation de table

The Cheese Course Bistro in Pinecrest was a delicious lunch spot! We went on a Sunday and it was quite busy, so it took a while (around 30 minutes) to get service after we were seated. It didn 't bother us, but if you 're in a rush, keep that in mind. The staff seemed a bit short handed, but they were all very friendly and attentive once they reached our table. The best part? The food! Their tables are spaced out nicely, so even with the crowd, it felt comfortable. I tried one of their perfect pairings the mushroom and brie soup with a smoked salmon sandwich.
