The Cheesecake Factory

Had a $25 gift card, so I took my daughter and granddaughter to lunch. Even with the gift card and my granddaughter ordering from the kid's menu, I had to shell out a lot to make up the total. I ordered from the lite menu, and they aren't kidding when they say lite. It was a flauta, as in one tortilla stuffed with chicken, cut into 4 pieces, and decorated rather nicely so you don't notice how little actual food is on the tiny plate. That's not lunch, folks, that's a snack. I would have been left somewhat hungry, but my daughter and I split a piece of the supposedly low carb cheesecake, that I found out later really wasn't. A little pricey, but worth it. I'm not a fan of cheesecake, but they have far and away the most extensive menu anywhere. If you can't find something, you're just not hungry. I usually get their spaghetti and either a hot fudge sundae or the chocolate cake (which is enough for two) for desert. Their bread service is top-notch and their service is second-to-none. It's a great place for a special occasion or a casual dinner.

Loved it great customer service. Was told 10 15 minute wait and it was only 5, server was very prompt, helpful and nice. We ordered fried calamari, mac cheese burger, bang bang chicken shrimp, cheesecakes red velvet lemon raspberry. All the food was delicious and plenty to eat twice (hello leftovers! .

Cheesecake Factory is normally good and our waiter was trying his best, but slow service, out of many items (normal ice tea and even ice! made dinner a trying experience. We will try again the next time we come through town in our travels, but tonight was a huge miss!

A great stop for lunch at the mall. We hadn't been in years and were surprised by the quality of the food and how speedy the service was considering how busy it was! Great lunch menu, loved the shrimp tacos.

With such a great variety on their menu, there is no disappointment about everything you order at Cheesecake Factory. We enjoyed the Chicken Marsala and Meatloaf with Long Island Ice Teas, a must try!

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints and this trip was no exception. I always try something new and have never had anything that wasn't amazing. This visit I had Crispy Chicken Costoletta amazing!

First no olive oil and parmesan was offered with the bread. Miso salmon burnt--dry. Strawberry shortcake dry as a bone. Long , long wait for meals to be served. very expensive for below average food

Great food....large portions. Great place to take the family for special occasions. You'll spend more than at a traditional restaurant but it's worth it. Location in Jordan Creek mall is very nice.

Wide variety, my favorite place to dine in Des Moines area. The only negative I can think of is they are always busy. I always reserve a day or 5 hours earlier to avoid the wait times!
