The service was reasonably quick for a slow day. The food tasted good, but it was a bit too salty. The fried calamari and sauce were fresh, but there was quite a bit of oil—it could have benefited from a quick spin in an air fryer to reduce some of that grease. The bread and butter were truly addictive. I encountered some issues when trying to pay with a gift card and a holiday bonus card. It's important to inform the server to use the bonus card first, as they didn’t seem well-informed about that process. On a positive note, the restroom was well-stocked with paper towels, which was nice to see.
Excellent service quality of the team (from the lady who took part in the front desk, the service staff who participated in our table), and especially thanks to Jamal. He was attentive from the beginning and offered us a first-class service that every restaurant should have! The restaurant has a large ambience, very cozy and chilled. Food was amazing and tasty that came in large portions worth the money! We were very full of the nets I didn't even get to order the cheesecake I came here for. Been a while since I been back in NYC and this Cheesecake Factory has been the far best out of all 4 I been to and did some reviews. The place sat us down within less than 5 minutes, waitress took a little longer but she was very attentive to us. She brought the food in a good amount of time out. I was please with this visit. The host was very cheerful and the customer service was amazing. I would most definitely coming back and recommending to others. Great food and a good amount of wait for it.
The service and the food was amazing.My waitress was Victoria N. ,she was so attentive and nice with my friend and me. They give you a lot of food, so if you are hungry this is a great place to go. Also even though we didn’t do a reservation before hand, we went to Cheesecake Factory and got a table! This was the first time that I visited that place, and it had officially become one of my favorite places I highly recommend the factory nachos ,corn tamales and buffalo chicken with blue cheese.

We were seated right away, and our server, Nick, was very patient as I took my time going through the menu. He also provided excellent recommendations. The Caesar Salad was outstanding. My only concern was the extensive menu; I felt a bit overwhelmed by the variety of options. I would suggest simplifying it slightly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return to try more dishes.
My friend and I came last night, Thursday, and sat right before dinner. Sylvester was our waiter and has made an enormous task to guide us through such a huge menu. We asked a lot of questions and he was there to answer them all, he was very patient and knowledgeable. The food was good and the cheese cake was better. Fantastic service was the icing on the cake
I went to this location on Jan 25th for my sister's birthday. My server Evan was the best. The food was great the whole restaurant was clean and warm. 5 star all the way thank you so much for the experience. PS if you can eat anything the roll sampler and the glam burgers are the best
Great ambiance and wide space. Food is also excellent Though it takes a while, probably 25-30mins before they serve our food.
