Our server, Alex, was incredible—very attentive and never made us feel rushed. It had been several years since I last enjoyed cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food here didn’t taste like typical chain restaurant offerings. The menu is extensive and everything sounded delicious. The samosas were delightful, with a subtle spice and fragrant flavors, and they were perfectly fried. The stuffed mushrooms were also a treat; they were cooked to perfection, and the sauce paired wonderfully with the bread. I've had the sweet corn appetizer several times and enjoyed it, but this visit was disappointing. It took about 45 minutes for it to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. I mentioned this to the waitress, who said she would have it reheated. After another 10 minutes, the same dish returned, but it was still cold. I didn’t want to bother her again, so I decided to let it go.
Our entrees finally arrived an hour after we were seated, and the food was just mediocre. I realize that being seated at 9 PM might be seen as late, but if there were issues with outdoor seating, it would have been nice to be informed. Overall, we should not have had to wait so long for cold food.
Oh my goodness! The Classic Basque Cheesecake is hands down my favorite cheesecake of all time. The charred top provided a wonderful contrast to the smooth, creamy center, and the berry topping added just the right touch of sweetness. It reminded me of Italian cheesecake both in flavor and presentation. With each bite, I found myself wanting more. I treated myself to this dessert on National Cheesecake Day, when it first made its appearance. It was the only thing I ordered, and I can confidently say it was a divine soufflé-style cheesecake that felt like it fell straight from heaven. I will definitely be coming back for more!
The avocado egg rolls are simply delightful, packed with creamy avocado and served with a zesty green sauce, which might be a pesto. Delicious! The Americana Burger is like the best Big Mac you could ever experience—it's absolutely tasty, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and Russian dressing. The meat quality is outstanding. Dining at the Cheesecake Factory is always a great choice; you'll leave so stuffed that there won't be any space left for dessert!

We had lunch at this restaurant, and the hostess was quite rude and unfriendly. Our waitress took our order and served our drinks, but then disappeared for at least 20 minutes without bringing any bread or checking in on us. Eventually, a new waitress came over, apologized, and brought us some bread. She was the only person there who seemed to be doing a good job. Based on our experience, I doubt we'll return to this restaurant anytime soon.
After a long drive to New York, I was too tired to go out for dinner, so I opted to order through DoorDash. I must say, the food was outstanding! It was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right, served in generous portions, and it arrived still warm. I've found my go-to place for meals during the rest of my work week!
Pricey for cheesecake. The Banana Cream cheesecake used to have real sliced bananas on top. Not this time. Easy to drop $100 for 2 entrees, 2 cheesecake slices, 2 soft drink beverages! Wow!! All food was good but not worth $100. No wonder there was no line or waiting to get a table.
The place is fantastic! I was the first vegan customer to try their vegan quesadilla, and I was thrilled to discover that they not only offer a vegan burger but also Chao vegan cheese. This spot deserves to be called the Vegan Daniel Fluffy Torres!

Haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in many years Pleasantly surprised- the grilled Tuscan chicken with tomatoes, capers, and artichokes was delicious!
The food was amazing! The servers are so very sweet I’ve never had an issue this far!
