I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but during my recent visit, I encountered a problem. I ordered a stuffed cheeseburger and, after a few bites, realized the meat was undercooked. About 15 minutes later, the waitress came over, and I pointed out the issue. She asked if I wanted a replacement, but by then, we had already finished our meal. I had hoped for some kind of discount on the bill due to the issue, but unfortunately, she didn't acknowledge it. The picture clearly shows that the burger was not properly cooked.
Highly recommend!!! This is not a super fancy restaurant but this is one of the best place I ever tried in Iowa. The drinks were super delicious, I really want to know what ingredients that they used. Because I?m sure only top brands of ingredients can make that flavor. Usually I?m not into American Foods but they make me change my mind. Only thing that make me sad a little bit is we need to wait really long time for the food. But it?s acceptable.
The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and the service is superb. The menu boasts a diverse selection of options, including a "skinny" menu with healthy, low-calorie dishes. I strongly suggest making a reservation beforehand, as the restaurant is spacious but can still have a wait if you don’t. Also, don’t miss out on their cheesecake, which comes in several delectable varieties.
Loved it great customer service. Was told 10 15 minute wait and it was only 5, server was very prompt, helpful and nice. We ordered fried calamari, mac cheese burger, bang bang chicken shrimp, cheesecakes red velvet lemon raspberry. All the food was delicious and plenty to eat twice (hello leftovers! . Definitely got the typical Cheesecake Factory experience here! Super friendly staff and AMAZING food. The drinks were a little pricey but the food was well-priced for the large portions they serve. Everything we ate and drank was fantastic and the staff were very attentive to our needs.
