Instead of leaving a review, I thought to give the cook and host a gentle criticism of my Egg Benedict W| smoked salmon, but after my conversation with Matt I decided to share my experience with all the others on the internet. Everyone I am is sure that this facility has a good meal, but if you consider a few things. Before you buy her egg Benedikt, remember her?boil? her eggs instead of brewing it. Currently on a 50 restaurant tour encompassing Nassau, Suffolk County, NYC and Massachusetts. Restaurant number 42. A name like Chef 's Corner conjures up visions of upscale Michelin star restaurant. Upon entry I was immediately given clarity. Apparently I need to get out more as this was anything but that. Little curb appeal matched only by It 's drab decor and ambiance. It 's reminiscent of a hospital cafeteria. Had I not been determined to experience this place I would 've deliberately missed it. I must say in all honesty, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I like to go to this place for a nice brunch in the morning. I tried shrimp omelet, pancakes, French toast, and eggplants etc. Their food is amazing and other side foods such as bacon, muffins and even jams are not like commercial stuff. The servers are so nice. I showed my friends the photos of food and recommended this place! Thank you?
The food was disappointing. The chicken was mixed in with the Caesar salad on the same plate, resulting in a soggy mess with dressing everywhere. To make matters worse, the other club sandwich we ordered was supposed to come with extra avocado, which we paid for, but it didn’t include it. Overall, I'm giving this a thumbs down!
I had a wonderful experience today at this charming restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the presentation of each dish. The eggs Benedict with bacon was exceptional! I will definitely be returning to this place.
