While I’m sure this restaurant serves some good dishes, there are a few things to keep in mind about the Eggs Benedict. If you’re thinking of ordering it, note that the eggs are hard-boiled rather than poached, which was quite disappointing. As Matt explained, traditional Eggs Benedict is served with the bread underneath the protein, but you need to specifically ask for the bread to dip into the sauce. Unfortunately, my dish came with hard-boiled eggs, which completely changed my expectations. On the bright side, it included a side salad, but instead of enjoying it as I hoped, I ended up breaking apart the hard-boiled eggs and mixing them with the average smoked salmon. I love visiting this place in the morning for a delightful brunch. I've tried the shrimp omelette, pancakes, French toast, and eggplant, among other dishes. The food is fantastic, and even the sides like bacon, muffins, and jams are far from the usual commercial offerings. The servers are incredibly friendly. I shared pictures of the food with my friends and highly recommend this spot! Thank you!

The food was quite disappointing. The chicken was served mixed in with the Caesar salad on the same plate, creating a soggy mess with dressing all over. To make things worse, the club sandwich we ordered was supposed to come with extra avocado, which we paid for, but it was missing. Overall, I'm giving this a thumbs down!
I had a fantastic experience today at The Chefs Corner Cafe. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff were extremely welcoming. The food was outstanding, especially the beautifully presented dishes. The eggs Benedict with bacon stood out as truly exceptional! I will certainly be coming back.
It’s often mentioned that "A good breakfast fuels you up and prepares you for the day." However, I believe it also depends on how it's served to you. We had a fantastic experience here with exceptionally great hospitality. It's a place you must visit at least once!
The Chefs Corner Cafe in Mineola is a fantastic spot to dine! They offer a lot of unique dishes, excellent service, and consistently delicious food. The prices are reasonable, and their omelettes and burgers are especially outstanding.
