Very unwelcoming. Landlady is definitely in the wrong job. Judging from other reviews, we are not on our own shocking responses to criticism from both owners. They need some training on how to be customer focussed. Maybe the staff at The Stanhope Arms, down the road can help them now there’s a proper pub! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
