The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Our family from out of town had a wonderful celebration at this restaurant, where we were treated as if we were the only customers there. Despite making reservations late on Wednesday for a Saturday night, they were able to accommodate our group of 11, including an 8-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a 6-week-old baby. As a former waitress myself, I know that serving a large table like ours can be challenging, but our server handled it perfectly without any issues.
The steaks were cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Our server Todd was well-informed, attentive, and amiable. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating by seating me before the rest of my party arrived. To top it off, they surprised my Mom with a delicious dessert on the house for her birthday. The homemade ice cream was outstanding and a delightful addition. I will definitely be returning.
Great food and great waitresses. Wife had the prime rib and I had the T-bone. Wish they had Pepsi or at least sweet tea. My steak was seasoned just right. Her prime rib was a little underdone. They fixed it right away. Manager and waitress both came over to make sure it was right when it came back out. The only bad thing was the deviled eggs. Was not a big fan of them.
One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Our server was Adam. He was quick polite and very professional. In and out in just an hour. The Chop House is a must try and I will be returning in the near future.

Chop House is a beloved restaurant in the south suburbs that we highly recommend for both takeout and dining in. The Chops and Steaks are exceptional, and we've been loyal patrons for years now.
I would have given this restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for a few reasons. First, I was expecting a more upscale atmosphere, like business casual or formal...
Awsome prime rib. We eat here often and our food is always top notch and the service is great but lately the hostess Approach has been questionable.
Great Service and Excellent Food. I would highly recommend the ribeye steak if you are a meat eater. No complaints here!!!!
