Helena and Vikki's restaurant is definitely worth trying out - the atmosphere of this place is super casual (ground floor of the Civic hotel on Pitt St), with an open kitchen & pub feel.. however the food is certainly a lot higher than the average pub meal - it was damn delicious!! It's Greek food with a Modern Aussie twist, and served by the lovely Vikki who was full of smiles, we enjoyed our evening here so much.

Went here a few weeks ago. Only thing I would suggest is to have more signage outside and inside. Being inside the actual pub gives it a nice casual feel (but would prefer a more closed off section like the restaurant above). We saw the girls in action and one of them (I think it was Helena) came over to ask how the meals were. It's great to see they come out and talk to customers for feedback. This is no longer called Two Fold as the MKR twins have left & the menu is now designed by chef David Tsikaris. Its still a Greek influenced classic pub menu with a good selection of dishes from the smaller plates & main sections. Food is made well & portions are generous. The tarama dip had a nice textre but seemed overly salty but the accompanying pita bread is lovely & soft & served warm. Spanakopita was the biggest let down & was soggy & flavourless. J'aime voir les célèbres jumeaux dans la cuisine et l'endroit était emballé, ce qui a rendu le niveau de bruit très élevé et durci, mais la nourriture était si bonne, je dois revenir pour lui donner de nouveau le porc!

C'est la fusion grecque / australienne et de la nourriture très solide. La plupart des plats que j'ai essayés sont super et bon marché. Mais au lieu de cela, vous obtenez des trucs comme rôti de ventre de porc avec des craquements très croquants et quelques desserts fous que vous n'attendez généralement pas d'endroits.
Cet endroit est un pub bruyant, alors n'allez pas ici si vous voulez un dîner avec votre amant. Mais si vous voulez juste un bon repas et que vous ne voulez pas trop parler, alors allez vraiment ici. La nourriture est géniale. Je recommande chaleureusement tous les desserts et les effrayants.
Bonne nourriture! Tout ce que nous avons commandé était phénoménal de Saganaki à Kingfish et au ventre de porc. Miam. C'était un samedi soir et dommage que nous étions les seuls qui étaient là-bas!
