Passing through Coningsby on Saturday, we came across the cob shop on the Main Street . Only small, but very welcoming and provides an excellent cup of tea and bacon sandwich there was plenty of other choice). Lovely bacon! It was the BBMF display day so they were doing a roaring trade, but we did not have to wait long. Shall definitely make a beeline for here on our next trip this way. Opens at 9am which, incredibly, the only other choice in the village does not. Highly recommended.
I honestly thought this place was quite expensive and I popped in after I couldn't get what I wanted at cooplands. Wow such choice and amazing value. I chose the coronation chicken baguette and I couldn't wait to get home to eat it, in fact I was drooling before I sat down. Thoroughly enjoyed it to the last bite. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu. Very friendly and polite staff too this will definitely be my go to location from now on.
I have been frequenting this restaurant while working nearby. Today, I had to pre-order breakfast on a Friday, but only the large one was available. This was quite unusual. The lady in charge had a terrible attitude and spoke to us disrespectfully. She seemed unable to handle the pressure of cooking extra bacon or sausages. The food was average and the service was terrible. Additionally, all the eggs were burnt.
Fantastic little cafe attached to a bike shop and 100 yards from a beautiful river walk. Probably one of the best ever full English breakfasts we’ve ever had. Went for the medium size and it could have fed an army! Sandwiches, cakes, jacket potatoes, they had it all. Best of all, super dog friendly; my 4 yr old Sprocker got free sausage and didn’t want to leave. Réservez une table maintenant
I really enjoyed this small restaurant! The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area. The outdoor seating area was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating - they even brought out some water for our puppy. The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic!
After seeing one of the tapas boxes advised on Facebook I bought one to share with a friend. Amazing quality, very tasty! and good value for money. Just enough for the two of us. Friendly service upon collection and very responsive to messages. Would definitely reccomend
