out for a day trip, we decided to stop in for a quick bite. the fact that it took close to 15 minutes for 2 iced teas should have been our first indication. the restaurant was busy but not packed. service for the most part was courteous however... a couple (obvious regulars) were seated about 15 minutes after us, they promptly got their drinks and then received their food easily 20 minutes before we did. Remember, all we ordered were two sandwiches (side fries) and a small order of wings... we waited 45 minutes. When we brought it to our server's attention, we were told we "were not waiting very long" ... I was surprised to be contradicted by the staff when it was obvious how long we had bee...

We went here on a Friday night with a group of couples. We were sat near the bar area where we could see into the kitchen. A mistake. Cooks had no hair nets and needed them. The cooks were playing on their phones as well. The floors in the restaurant were filthy! Our waitress (Deanna) was barely around and seemed annoyed when I asked about drinks they had. Another waitress with blonde hair continuously played with her hair around the food and kitchen! Disgusting. As for the food, we were glad that it was 1/2 price apps. We enjoyed our dinner here very much with our son & his wife There was a good selection of choices on the menu including Vegan & Gluten Free! We had the perch which was delish! The inside is like an old fashioned pub style & was clean with friendly, personable Staff. They even take Reservations. A pleasant, casual environment with great food in beautiful downtown Paris!

Paris has so many options - many are good and this place is one of the better ones. Judging by how busy it usually is - I am sure that many other people agree that Cobblestone is one of the better ones.Food is good. Perch is great and you don't even have to drive to Port Dover or Turkey Point!Service is good.The only downside is that there is no outdoor seating. Réservez une table maintenant

This is such a great pub. The menu is quite varied and we liked it so much we had both lunch and supper here. You have a view of the river and their service was excellent. Had the fisherman's plate for lunch and had the haddock again at supper it was so good

We've been going to this pub weekly since the day it opened, 9 years ago. The ribs are the best around. We can't say enough about the staff. Always attentive, friendly and efficient!! I'm proud to say we have this great restaurant in the town of Paris.

Love this place. Large portions, great food and good prices. My favourite it the BBQ chicken salad - tastes great with little guilt. Never a bad meal and the service is always great. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped in on a Thursday night - Rib night special on Thursday. The best ribs I've ever had! The service is excellent with a great variety of draft beer. We will be back.

We were taken back by a terrible odor....but thought maybe we'll get used to it. The food was mediocre at best. Service was fast and friendly... Will never go again.
