This coffee shop usually delivers excellent drinks and the staff at the drive-thru are always friendly. However, my first experience inside was disappointing due to poor service. There was no greeting or communication about the issue with the system being down. I was left waiting along with a long line of customers behind me. The cashier, who had long black hair (I didn’t catch her name as it was hard to see), seemed uninterested in her job; she didn’t smile or even acknowledge us with a simple “we’ll be with you shortly.” Instead, she kept rubbing her eye and touching her hair. This coffee bean is always on point with my drinks and they’ve always been very friendly over drive-thru but the first time I get off inside was just bad service no greeting no update on their issue with system down they kept me and a long line behind me waiting and the cashier with long black hair (couldn’t get her name because it was flipped around) had a face that didn’t want to work she couldn’t even smile or notify us with “we’ll be with you shortly” nothing, nada, she kept rubbing her eye and touching her hair, then after a while of waiting some other guy came to tell us “the system is down and they won’t be taking orders” but not a single sorry, that’s the only bad experience I had an...

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After a long road trip, I stopped to use the restroom and grab some coffee. Unfortunately, the employees were quite rude, which made me feel unwelcome for simply wanting to use the bathroom before placing my order. Additionally, as someone who is lactose intolerant, I was given a latte with regular milk instead of a dairy-free option, which was not ideal. On the positive side, the food was good, earning a 4 out of 5 rating.

In general Coffee Beans are delightful establishments with great drinks and wonderful employees but this one is truly one of the best I’ve been to. Every employee I’ve interacted with here has been welcoming and helpful and took the time to assist me when I have issues with an app order or I have questions about the menu. This place deserves a 10/10 every time. Réservez une table maintenant

I used to really enjoy coming here before work, but in the past two weeks, I've noticed that the store often opens late. If I wait for it to open, I end up being late for work. Although the posted opening time is 4:30 AM, it typically doesn’t open until around 4:45 AM to 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, I think I’ll have to find another place to go. Food: 4/5

Absolutely amazed at the awesome and kind employees at this location! Not to mention the delicious options on their menu! 5 out of 5 for all of the above! One particular employee amazed me the most! I didn’t catch her name, but lovely spirit and welcoming aura! Also awesome tattoos!Food: 5/5

Ordered some coffees and 2 bagels and they didn’t give me cream cheese when I specified I wanted it on my order. Seriously? Who eats a bagel without cream cheese?! Very disappointed in my experience here. $25+ down the drain

The drinks are good. Service not so great. Been there a couple of times they seem to take awhile to actually take the orders.
