The Colonial House

While on vacation, we were looking for a place to eat between Boston and Providence. Since we're from Iowa, we took a chance on the Colonial House Restaurant and I'm so happy that we did! It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth it! Our waitress was excellent and couldn't have been nicer. She was so attentive and the service was excellent. The food was great, the atmosphere fun and welcoming. We just can't say enough about our visit there. Thank you Colonial House for making us feel so welcome and next time we're on the East coast, we'll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, neighborhood restaurant. Friendly people visit here and the food is just outstanding. We had the broiled swordfish, mashed butternut squash. Calamari as an appetizer too. I would recommend to all. Bring a small car, parking can be tight out back. This is in a residential neighborhood, not a main st. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

You can't do anything wrong in the colonial house. Everything is fresh and service is always excellent.
