Finally, a fine dining experience that turned out to be as good as expected. The ambience was intimate, and the seating arrangement meant that each table had their own privacy. The noise level was also pretty good, didn't have to shout to speak over other diners. Service was friendly and attentive, as expected in this type of restaurant. The was a good serve of complimentary bread with butter. We didn't go for the degustation option and chose a la carte. We had the Black Angus Ribeye and the Pan Fried Snapper as mains, Seared Scallops as starter and a side of Roasted Baby Beetroot. Arriving on a Thursday evening this place looked all class and worthy of any celebration, special event or date night.
The degustation menu with "French origins and Modern Australian fresh flavours" "using the finest West Australian Ingredients" was fantastic and took us on an amazing food journey which lived up to the boast on it's website - "Perth's Most Glamorous Dining Experience".
Service was excellent, as you'd expect in a fine dining restaurant.

As a small group, we recently took advantage of the "Thursday Degustation Special" for $80.00 per person(excluding wines).
Outstanding from start to finish. Superb/sublime surrounds, excellent, polite, & very professional wait staff.
The menu begins with small tastings, building to larger portions, and deserts to die for, or perhaps die of, as a result of their richness. Rich identifiable flavours, superbly cooked and presented.
With seasonal menu charges, and at the normal price of $135.00 per person, this is a great dining experience. Highly recommended.

Well the food wasn't as remarkable as dinner the other night but it was served on hot plates which is a very nice touch when eating heated food (wish more places did this). The Enviroment was also nice apart from a screaming child as the conservatory is a little echoey. Overall attentive staff and was a nice breakfast.
Fine dining for sure! Had dinner here, was provided with an excellent selection of bread and tuna spoons for free. Had the fish to eat, it was delicious, however, very small portion. It has a great atmosphere the only downfall is the wait time for the food.
It was an incredible dinner my steak was beautiful and moist and so easy to cut. The dinner was incredible and visually beautiful. The trout was well presented on a hot rock and went down easily. (Not the rock) all guests enjoyed the evening.
Absolutely amazing friendly service,great atmosphere,foods are top grade, especiallly the king prawn is a must try.definetly come back and will recommend to all our friend

Extraordinary. Degustation for 2 with matched wines. Simply outstanding. And Emmanuel's knowledge of the wines was incredible. Some of the best food I've ever had. Bravo!!
