The Cookie Cups - Réserver une table

I am a cookie fanatic, so a good friend from out of state ordered these to be delivered to my home for my birthday. Packaging was cute and presentation was great. Unfortunately, the cookies themselves left a ton to be desired. They were nearly rock hard and had a very odd flavor. I received four different kinds (24 total cookies) and didn't even finish one whole cookie. I would absolutely love to see a place like this succeed and am a strong supporter of small businesses, however also feel terrible that my friend spent money on something that will be thrown away and would hate for others to do the same.

Ordered online. A month later I still have not received the package, the label has been in the pending stage for the last 7 days, no response from the team, and no hesitation to charge me for the order. I do not recommend ordering online. First and last time for any business transactions.

I had an inteaction with Nicole the owner today. She was very prompt and gracious and respectful in her reply. The products are wonderful and so is the owner. Can't understand the bad reviews. Happy to be a customer and will continue to buy her wonderful products. Thanks Allison

My brother sent me these cookie cups as a "yummy birthday surprise", but it turned out to be just a regular surprise. Unfortunately, the cookie cups were not good. They were extremely dry and crumbly, and the flavors were lacking. I would recommend saving your money.

Sadly, these cookies were more cakelike in texture than cookie. But worse, they all tasted the same. Flavors were not distinguishable and also tasted like they perhaps used margarine. Caramel sauce tasted pre-packaged, not fresh.
