The Corner Store

Came here not long ago in search of a decent cake and coffee. Since then, I've made a weekly pilgrimage to beautiful Semaphore for Corner Store eats. The food is unreal! There's not much on the menu I haven't tried at this point. Care and thought, but most notably LOVE goes into every dish. The staff are lovely, honest people, good coffee, fantastic produce! Other eateries in the area now seem bland, expensive, and predictable. Only come here if you have a taste for flavour!

Somehow I'd been living in the area for about ten years but never had breakfast here before until today. It was amazing - a great menu with loads of options - interesting, sophisticated and also the basics. Good options for veggos. I wish they had a more extensive/interesting drinks selection - but the food was good enough that I'll definitely be back soon.

We visited this spot frequently on our rent trip to Adelaide. I can't fault this place. Staff were amazing, food was fantastic, coffee was great and prices were really good. The berry hotcakes were my favourite. The home made cakes were also fantastic!!

They did us a late lunch when nobody else wanted to! And it wasn't half bad, either. A meatball sandwich with spicy tomato sauce felt more Brooklyn than Adelaide, and the wife had a tasty turkey burger. Server the friendliest in this part of town.

I only ever get the vegetarian brekky because I love it and it has never failed me. The other dishes look nice also and the coffee is delish. A great place to sit with my dog on a beautiful morning.
