Spacious store , well laid out. Pleasant helpful staff. I read 16 stores are to close in Scotland. Really hope Dunfermline is not one of them! It would be a big lose,especially as it's the anchor store in the Kingsgate. At the moment it looks really lovely with all the Christmas displays. We have twice ordered currency from their Travel Money Bureau. The rates were the best we found, plus we got a £5 voucher money off when you spend £20.. It had to be used on the day but we easily spent that. Possibly the nicest store in Dunfermline.
We visited the Clarins counter to seek advice on skincare for my 15-year-old daughter. Jackie was amazing, providing us with samples to try that ultimately led us to purchase the products for my daughter. Clarins is well-known for their high-quality products, and we appreciated that the experience was not too pushy. Jackie gladly spent time with my daughter, ensuring we didn't feel rushed. Jackie, you are a 5-star employee and Clarins at Debenhams has certainly earned their 5-star review.
I was at the store shopping for shoes when Janet assisted me, and I must say her customer service skills were excellent. Despite having a cold, she made a great sales pitch to me and convinced me to purchase a memory card. It was the first time anyone has managed to persuade me to buy one.
