From the outside this place looks very quaint and inviting but Don't be fooled !We decided to have the home made soup which was lentil and the toasted sandwich.The menu offered cheese OR ham toastie but you could not have both without paying extra .My partner ordered the ham one and I asked for tuna mayonnaise as they offered this filling in a bread roll but not on a toastie.I was promptly told that this was not an option so I could only have the cheese or ham on a toastie .Oh how I wish we had got up and left at that point ! When the soup arrived it was awful .The lentils were hard and it was very salty.I think I found one piece of carrot which seemed to be the only vegetable in the bowl.Wh...
I've eaten in this tiny little restaurant many times when visiting friends in Inveraray. The family that directs him are all very kind and helpful ... and, what is more important (for me anyway fully aware of the importance of cross contamination or ingredients that contain had foreseen in my food as I have CELIAC disease. Today I had a shrimp curry that was great, and it was then that I offered (if I had any left room, I would not have done it a piece of gluten-free chocolate cake, carrot cake or chocolate cake! All landlords locally, covered in the exhibition and all served with separate utensils. Good for the Casa restaurant, Rosalyn will definitely be back. Ev and Terry
I had a look at other places to eat before deciding on this restaurant. It's rather small but cozy. The lady who served us was charming and kind. I had a little shrimp Marie Rose salad and my husband had a shrimp Marie Rose baguette. Mina came with chips (I shared them! , the meals were very tasty, and at a reasonable price. We were lucky as there was another busy table when we were in but very quickly filled. I recommend this restaurant.
The venue looks like a coffee shop or tea room but also serve meals and dinners at a reasonable price, all homemade and really very good. It is typical food of the area, and for me serve the most good haggis I have eaten, the fish-pie also of soft and delicious flavor. In addition they have a range of amazing cakes and sweets, I recommend keeping hungry to order dessert. Personally I think it's a perfect choice to eat tasty and homemade.

I dined at The Cottage for breakfast on Saturday, the 8th, and for lunch on Thursday, the 13th. On both occasions, my wife and I were warmly welcomed by the owner, Mrs. Munro, and enjoyed delicious food. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend stopping by The Cottage for a meal.
After a terrible experience at the George hotel, we decided to visit this restaurant earlier in the week than planned. It was fantastic - the people were lovely, the experience was delightful, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning this week.
Un petit restaurant caché entre quelques maisons, qui se découvre. Une carte éclectique. Un cadre familial. Pas de grandes prétentions mais une cuisine bonne et un excellent service. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
My wife and I dined at the restaurant on Monday evening, 10.08.2015. We both had excellent main courses. We will definitely be coming back to eat here again, as the food and staff were both superb.

I had a wonderful dinner here during my stay in Inveraray. The fish was savory and the desert, a toffee cake, was amazing.
Nice local in the center of Inveraray Loch Fyne) Serves abundant and discreetly cooked portions at a great price.
