The Cottage On Dixie

The Cottage on Dixie is a pleasant surprise. We met friends who live far south-west and that was halfway. The food was top quality and fresh; the restaurant concentrates on the farm to table. The most impressive was the attention to the service. Management came to the table and apologized for the quality of the service. If something was wrong, we hadn't noticed. We had a wonderful meal and were very happy,

The ambience of this upscale, chic little place is wonderful. There are healthy and vegetarian options that are delicious. They have a greenhouse on the back where they grow some of their own herbs and they use local sources for food. The prices are ideal for the lunch menu that runs until 3 o'clock. It is refreshing to have such a good neighborhood restaurant that is not part of a chain!

My husband's favorite restaurant! A bit expensive, but very unique items on the menu. Menu change seasonal. Great drinks. I love the ambience! Looks like a log cabin or a ski chalet on the inside. Outdoor seating available. We went one time when they roast a pig outside. Very unique experience.

We were never disappointed by food or service. My family celebrates many of our special events here (birth days, graduation celebrations, anniversary) or just the occasional I don't feel like cooking meals. We are happy to have such a big restaurant nearby! Also great drinks!

Warm wonderful ambience. Comfortable, intimate , relaxed yet upscale enough for that meeting with that big business account. Their drinks alone are worth the drive, even through snow. Their chef never disappoints preparing delectable farm-to- table delights. May b
