Plastic Utensils, Cardboard cups, and Terrible service. Seafood boils are NOT cheap. you’re expected to pay $100+ every time you come in for a seafood boil. So i’d NEVER recommend this restaurant to ANYBODY for that case. Portions are terrible, The food is genuinely terrible the good reviews are legit lies, most likely from people who’ve never eaten at a decent seafood boil in their life. im literally no exaggerating, i’ve never been so disappointed in a seafood boil because it’s hard to mess it up. Wellllll that’s until they overcooked the shrimp, put almost no seasoning on the food, and the crab legs couldn’t even crack. I left here with a stomachache and a $100 bill. Also just a heads up...
I have been a loyal paying customer here for a while. The food usually always good, the service use to be good. Employees were usually attentive and friendly. Well today that was not the case at all, today will be the last time I get a seafood boil from this location for sure. All you can eat menu is bogus, they use to never rush you but now it's like if you eat all you can eat when you dine in they don't even bother to check in on you and just give you your one dish. Obviously that's not all you can eat if you just limited to one or two plates. On top of that they tried to give themself a tip!! And ask for extra tip like I usually tip because it's the right thing to do when earned!! I can't...
The first time I ordered from here, I got a seafood boil with crab and shrimp. Everything was great. I ordered the same today and the crab was spoiled and had a weird taste. Everything else including the shrimp was fine. I called to let them know the crab was spoiled and they refused to believe it and told me the kitchen said it was new. I asked if I could bring the crab in to them for a refund for just the crab, not the entire bag and she kept insisting that she 'll get me new crab. I told her multiple times that I did not want more new crab, I just simply wanted a refund for just the crab and was willing to bring it in to show that I didn 't eat it. She said no for the refund and eventuall...
For those that expect AYCE seafood, Warning, there's a 90 minute time limit and there is only 1 waitress working the whole restaurant. Do not expect her to come to your table to check on you, while she works on doordash orders . We were the only ones in the restaurant, we got 1 big bag to share between 2 people. We waited patiently for her to come back to our table so we could order another bag, Big mistake. She took forever since she was running around and had another 6 top walk in while we were on our 2nd bag. We tried to order a 3rd bag and she said no bc it was passed our 90min time limit. To start, I don’t understand how this restaurant has 4 stars, people need to raise their standards. I ordered the all you can eat seafood bundle. While eating it I noticed a pungent smell of ammonia which was a telling sign of spoiled seafood. I brought this to their attention and they showed indifferences in rectifying the situation. Their mishap lead me to being sick for weeks. Play it smart and make your own seafood boil
We would come here for ACYE. We never really had a problem with the food or service. Usually could eat like 3 bags within the time limit. Came today to find out no more ACYE. That sucks because that’s what we came here for because the regular menu is a little overpriced compared to other places. I’m wondering if the other location also has no ACYE.
I was about to find another place to go because of some of these negative reviews... but I am very happy I ignored them. 5 stars all around. Good was awesome. I got the special combo A. With corn,potato, egg, broccoli. And the boom seasoning. 100% will order again. Réservez une table maintenant
