This is the perfect spot for brunch! Everything is absolutely delicious and outstanding – I've never had a disappointing dish here. The menu features some incredibly creative options. The peanut butter pancakes, guava pancakes, tiramisu pancakes, and loaded hash browns are all fantastic. The only challenging aspect of visiting can be the parking and wait times during busy periods. However, they now have multiple locations, which I haven't tried yet. I visited on a weekday and was pleased to find that there was no wait. Enjoyed Sunday Brunch with family @The Pan in Long Beach, CA. My first visit was good. I got there in under 10 minutes from my home in Carson and found a parking space in their lot. My family was there ahead of me and our wait was less than minutes. Our booth was roomy and our waitress busy, while still friendly, could have used more help. She took our order and the food followed very quickly. I had the popular Lumberjack sans meat, with pancakes and fruit. I was happy with my meal as was everyone in our group with their choices. I can see a return visit in the future.
This was our first visit to the restaurant, and it was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the waitstaff were rude and seemed to lack any customer service skills. I noticed another reviewer mentioning a cart that’s just sitting there, and I have to agree—it not only smells bad, but we were seated right next to it, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. The space is also very cramped, making it extremely crowded and uncomfortable, with no sense of personal space. Overall, it was just a really unfortunate experience.
I visited Los Angeles for the weekend, and while shopping and enjoying a spa, I stopped by The Pan on Saturday. I must say, it was truly fantastic! Everything I tried was delicious. The lemon pancakes were a perfect 10/10, and the shrimp and grits also earned a 10/10. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection, and the loaded hash browns were great as well.

It was average, I got the Lumberjack my gf got Biscuits and gravy breakfast. The house potatoes were bland, pancakes were delicious. The Biscuits tasted like frozen Biscuits, we had high expectations but it wasn't what we expected. Next time I will get a regular coffee, I got an iced mocha and it was way too sweet.
This location is wayyyy too small parking is terrible and you’re just stacked on top of each other and all in each other’s faces. The bathroom was TERRIBLE!!!! There was urine and trash all over the floor it smelled awful! Like seriously need to get it together smh
My meal was cold I ordered the french toast meal and cold french toast is not cool but you can tell the meal was made with quality ingredients but yet and still my plate and the food were cold.
Every time we passed by, we saw a line formed in front of the restaurant. So we stopped by recently. I ordered the original loaded hash browns . It was just okay.

Been here twice for brunch and loved the food both times. BBQ chicken salad and French toast come highly recommended.
It's good food small location expect a wait super small parking but if you come prepared it's worth the wait
