Have only eaten at this establishment once and it will definitely be my last time. My mother and I had a gift certificate so we went for brunch this week. The set up is pretty bizarre, and you have to make your order at the counter and pay before sitting down. The two cashiers had no idea how to process the gift card when paying. The menu items are also quite expensive, 23$ for a mushroom crepe and 20$ for a croque monsieur that consists of cheese, ham and bread. Tables that ordered after us received their food first for some odd reason. Horrible experience because of the service and the rude staff. Crepe is good. I asked for a plain cheese crepe for my kids they had to talk about it for 5mins before agreeing to make a cheese crepe (they don’t take special requests and they have a sign as soon as you walk in stating that too). You eat what’s on the menu. If you have children who are crying, expect to be asked to leave the restaurant, they have zero tolerance towards kids. Writing this at the request of my young Daughter. After a wait, she and her two friends were seated at very small table, likely intended for two. This was fine as they are quite small. After seeing the very limited Menu, she chose to go to Cobs for a croissant. At the outset, her friends were offered glasses for their drinks they had brought in, however upon my Daughter’s return she was scolded by the owner (as identified in review photos) in front of other customers on the patio for bringing in a half eaten pastry while sitting with her friends while they ate their crepes. I highly recommend visiting The Farmer's Crepe. The food was delicious, especially the Nutella and strawberry crepe we had for dessert. The ambiance is charming, with a bright light shining in the east facing bay window creating a wonderful setting. The owners were kind and welcoming, making us feel like special guests in their home. Even though we were told the Good Morning Crepe was the best, we found The Farmer's Crepe to be truly awesome. Réservez une table maintenant
I have been coming to Crepe Kitchen for over 5 years, not only for the delicious breakfast crepes but also for the cozy warm atmosphere and super friendly owners Eduardo and Ana. It feels like home, never a disappointment. Eduardo is such a pleasure, you can see that he genuinely cares about his loyal customers and has several times brought us a complimentary dessert crepe or French-pressed coffee. Such a special place!!
This spot has continued to exceed my expectation. The atmosphere is relaxing, I ordered the Mediterranean crepe and it was so flavourful and delicate at the same time, and then after ordered a sweet crepe which had my mouth watering for more. Extremely happy with the service as they were polite and very friendly.
Crepe kitchen has the absolute best service and crepes EVER! The crepes are freshly made and delicious! The owners are extremely friendly and personable. My experience was unmatched and I highly recommend grabbing some crepes at the crepe kitchen if you are every downtown Oakville!!!1
