"Visited for a family 60th birthday meal. The atmosphere is great, very warm and friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and some excellent specials. Would highly recommend a visit"

after a nice long walk around kirtlington we had a nice lunch. I had the vegetarian roast that was delicious and not think like most I veg roast and my higher half had a delicious wobbles bahji burger that could go one. the children's menu had many possibilities, the roasting looked good, but we gave in and they had 2 delicious pizzas! beautiful wine selection and they had alcohol-free beer on camp. the pub seemed to be family-run and everyone was very friendly! kid friendly, dog friendly and also I forgot to mention with food allergies helpful as both have my 2 allergies. and they have a gluten-free frit, which is also good for other allergies, obviously always to check, but it is a relief...
we had a Sunday walk in the opposite organized and decided to end lunch in the dashwood arms. there were 12 of us so we booked well in advance and our menus in the week before the walk chosen we arrived on time and within 5 minutes down, all 12 of us were served our delicious Sunday dinners. excellent service, excellent meal and excellent staff well made dashwood arms, we will be back
recommend this place for a stay. clean and tidy. wifi and tw. safe with key pad input and key card easy to use. breakfast in dashwood pub Friday Saturday and Sunday morning. beautiful local walk and simple rich of oxford and bicester. The...Oxford arms in the village offers excellent food. recommend a stay here.
when we called on a narrow boat holiday in dashwood. we got a table although we can not book and just say that the meal service wein and atmosphere were excellent. that's not an ordinary pub. that is first class restaurant. I can see why the place began to fill up as the evening went. just great!
