It's with a heavy heart I write this review. The deli has been my local for over two years, and unfortunately I have seen the progressive decline.
I implore the owners to take note of these reviews. The service and staff are second to none, they should be commended on everything they do. Fast, happy and courteous, always making you feel welcome.
The breakfast foods are delicious and fresh too, and always come out quickly.
However.
It seems the night time trade has been put to the kurb. The dinner menu has shrank to a few items and not all are always available. The famous pizzas are now half the price and less than half the quality. Literally every other pizza place is better. Even premium...

I've been reading mixed reviews
about the new Deli.
I've been for Brunch and Dinner
now 4 or 5 times and I've always been impressed. The staff have always
been very welcoming and helpful. The Food has been really great and
consistently served quickly which is a welcome change from other cafes in the
area. The new design of the Deli is fresh and a welcome change from the
Dark and dirty Deli of the past. Overall I’m very impressed with my new
local café and after reading some of the negative reviews, can only put them
down to a personal grudge against a new business or people that have been
watching too much Master Chef!

Came here for the first time to escape the rush of a nearby cafe. This place is bigger than it appears and has a lovely courtyard. I had the smashed avocado with whipped feta, beetroot hummus and lime caviar. Satisfying but nothing spectacular. Nuts or something similar is all that it needed! Would be great if staff took orders from tables as it creates a nicer dining experience. Overall, dishes well presented and very happy.

In the past I have loved the deli. First dates here were spent in candle light with Pizza, introducing veggie nachos to meat eaters, and to die for tapas. Then, the ownership changed. Today my corn bread was raw inside. Not, slightly under cooked but full on raw batter. I only got about a teaspoon of salsa and only 1 pre poached egg. Never going to make the mistake of coming here again.
Gave the Delhi a second chance tonight.. Pizza undercooked.. Base with taste and texture of cruskits... The memu also said the green vego would have asparagus, alas there was none. Guess it was expensive today.
Funky little place that we found by surprise. Menu has some things you don't find at a normal cafe (duxelle, corn bread), the coffee is strong and the service was friendly and prompt. Definitely worth a visit!
Two friends and I walked down to the Deli this weekend after waiting too long to be seated at a nearby competitor for a late Sunday breakfast.

unfortunately, I did not receive a free breakfast with my stay at the nearby hotellucky for me the deli is just a few steps away.
Sad is the day when you visit something that used to be good yet has been gradually declining as we do with age.
