An incredibly affordable fine dining experience! It's a shame that they now close during the summertime, as I know tourists would really enjoy it and likewise, students may appreciate having a summer job option after graduating. Hopefully this changes in the future.So many delicious and well thought out dishes made with local ingredients, there is something for everybody here. I had heard lots of great things about the dining room at the culinary institute and had never been despite living in Charlottetown for a long time. Despite the « hype » it still managed to exceed my expectations.We got a lovely seat next to the windows overlooking the water and Victoria park.The menu was the perfect size, enough to provide variety without being unintentional.The service was excellent from start to finish.
