UPDATE 2/19 still no response from the company. I've emailed the company twice, called the store multiple times on different days, and left this review.I've come here many times and love the desserts, but we had a bad experience and customer service has done nothing to fix it. We ordered a kids bubble waffle with ice cream, whipped cream, and brownies which cost $7. I added a $2 tip since I know they are busy and not many people tip. We ordered online for pick up.When we picked up the order the bag was stapled shut so we took it home, and upon opening it there was just half a waffle... nothing else. I immediately called the store and got no answer and there is no voice mail. I called 5 times...
Okay. First of all: let me just say the ice cream was delicious. Seriously. Sooo good! But the service took FOREVER. three stars for this reason. I went with a group of friends and someone got in line ahead of me. No big deal. These people took forever to order. Fine. My turn came. I ordered 2 items. And a huge party ordered after me. My friends got their orders and so did the person ahead of me. Then a line appeared and they stopped filling orders for a good amount of time. Now I'm annoyed but fine. I work retail, I get it. When they finally started making waffle cones again, I pearked up. But they filled the order for the party behind me. Atleast five items. Now I'm upset. By the time I go...
I placed an order online through UberEats. The service was excellent, however, the ice cream and waffle were disappointing. The waffle was soggy and seemed stale, while the ice cream didn't taste good at all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. Although I didn't enjoy my first experience, I decided to give it another try, only to find that I still did not like it. I won't be ordering from here again. The ice cream was overly sweet, and the syrup Matcha White Chocolate had a foul smell. I ended up throwing it away, it was really unpleasant.
The ice cream at this restaurant is fantastic! It is so good that it is worth taking Lactaid pills if you are lactose intolerant. In our order, we had a cup of Ube and strawberry ice cream, as well as two signature waffles on a sugar cone. The service was a bit slow, but the employee was working alone and took her time to make fresh waffles that turned out perfectly. We sat upstairs to eat, but it was a bit chilly. Overall, I doubt that I will return since I am not a local, but it was definitely worth the effort of finding parking.

This ice cream parlor is a mid-sized establishment with a high ceiling. They have good air conditioning and even better ice cream, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Most customers seem to take their orders to-go, so it's a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some early 2000s music. The second floor has more tables available. The service was quick and friendly. However, it would be nice if the napkin containers actually contained napkins, and if the bathroom was cleaner.
This place should have all its stars. Affordable delicious Cookie Monster shake with this wonderful Hommade, warm, soft crisp waffle. I was blown away. Woke up thinking about it. Ultimate munchie. So Delicious. I dipped my waffle in the shake.Can't wait to try more things.
Decent ice cream. Good waffles. I like to get a scoop of horchata ice cream here. Their ice cream waffles are pretty good and there’s all kinds of toppings. They sell merch. There’s a seating area directly above the area where they prepare the waffles. Meter parking.
Friendly service, fairly clean for the location and the inside is nice and big to hang out in for awhile or a good meet up spot. Two stories inside, decent selection of flavors!
