The Drake In Laguna

Made reservation several weeks in advance. Option for dining was inside. When we arrived, hostess, for some reason, wanted to sit us on the patio and said there were no other availability at that moment  except first table at the entrance. Service was great, food also, per usual. But the table situation was extremely disappointing

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it was our first time at The Drake. We had outstanding service and the food was excellent! The musician was very good and entertaining. The restaurant is lovely inside and quaint. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a most memorable evening!

It was my husband's birthday which I noted in our reservation, mentioned when I confirmed our reservation and again said something to our server. Not a single Happy Birthday from anyone at the Drake. I will not celebrate a special occasion again at the Drake.

The food was just okay, but the abundance of iMacs, the excellent service, and the great music really stood out. We would definitely return to sit at the bar and soak up the atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant

The drake tataki and salmon was to die for. The ambience amazing. Very romantic. My husband and I went to his birthday. Candle lit, complementary music and amazing wine.

This place is amazing! Everything was just perfect! This is now my favorite restaurant of all time. We already made our next reservation in two weeks.
