The DugOut on Hwy 82, Texarkana, AR Absolut the best food, fish is from this world! Locally owned, nice couple, great staff, wonderful service EVERY TIME!!!! Friendly atmosphere, very family-oriented! If you expect Fast Food READ the shield at the switch! If you have your food fresh, hot and cooked when you order it, then The Dugout is the place to go! The Oliver met a home run with their restaurant! You also have the sweetest little boy, Deacon Ryan, who is here to welcome everyone! Sitting in his high chair just as happy and satisfied! This place is the best we tried for the first time tonight, right before the storm. We placed our order and were just about the setting when the lights went out. They still prepared our food with perfection without complaints. The Redhead who took our order declared the menu and was very friendly they made suggestions and had the best setting. The owners who own this place have hired very well all the staff that was there. My son, who is 14 even noticed that he said mother that they were all really cool to sit in the dark and eat while waiting for the storm. Excellent place to eat and we will be safe again:
