Had Sunday lunch here. We asked for a bar table next to the fire which was lovely, not as formal as the main dining room. I had the veggie Sunday roast option that was amazing best veggie meal I have had in ages. Service was lovely as usual,not rushed but not slow. Wish I had had room for dessert, will have to go just for pudding one day!! Vegetarian options: Lentil, shallot and celeriac pie with red current sauce, roast parsnips and potatoes, seasonal greens and roast beetroot. Amazing,

A lovely country style pub with personality and and very welcoming. The food is fantastic, I had a bau bun with oyster mushrooms and it was delicious. The menu is varied with lots of different styles of food as well as pub classics. My family had the Sunday lunch and said it was amazing. The service was very good The staff were attentive and friendly. Dog friendly too. Third time I have been and will be back. Price per person: £90–100
Located in a charming village, the pub is incredibly welcoming, cosy and full of character. The staff are very friendly and polite. Food is delicious and fresh.
