This place is very nice. Nice atmosphere. We waited over an hour to get sited although there was not people waiting in line. We figured maybe people had reservations so we waited. It wasn’t very pleasant to wait for so long but after we ate and saw the show we thought It was worth the wait. Our waiter Dan was nice and attentive. We got our food fairly fast. They offer a show that is nice as well. The food was very good. The only complaint is that they clean the tables with dirty rags and they are extremely sticky. The atmosphere phenomenal! The music is super! The food is great! Get the prime rib and share it! It's worth every bite! I can't say enough about this place in terms of ambience. The drinks are pricey so expect to spend a minimum of $200 but worth it for the experience! The service was great! Our sever was friendly and outgoing and helpful but most importantly patient! I wish I would have got her name! Thank you! We spent a date night at Disney Springs trying out new places, and decided on The Edison with a reservation. We walked in and were in awe of the decor, the steampunk style is so awesome! We got sat right next to the stage and we were surprised with live music and dance! We ordered popcorn shrimp and candy bacon app, pretty good. The Grilled cheese and soup was huge and delicious. I was not thrilled with the burger, lot of menu hype of short rib and other beef blends didn't deliver flavor and came out well done when I ordered medium rare (hoping it at least came out medium). The ambiance of this place is nice. The back patio deck views are beautiful! Singer was good. Played a few short sets while we were there. Post modern jukebox type songs. Current songs done in the older style. We started with cocktails, which were both good, and the electri-fries. They were good but I though was very expensive for what we got. Essentially fries, sauce drizzle, bacon and Parm for 16 bucks. Our main courses were better. I got the short rib and mashed potatoes and my boyfriend got the burger. Both were good. The short rib was VERY flavorful and I enjoyed it a lot! All in all, this place is a bit expensive but it's worth trying out.

Fathers day dinner was a relaxing time. Great theme. It was really quiet which was off, I was expecting some music. Food was very good although a somewhat limited menu, which tells me they specialize in what they offer. We had the roasted chicken and salmon. Both were cooked perfectly. Sides are lacking, but our waiter was nice enough to bring some extra small potatoes. We had the smoked old fashion drinks, which were perfect. Looking forward to trying someone else on the menu.
The food was really excellent. Patrick was her server and I think he may have been overly busy because he was not very attentive to us and on a number of occasions we had to re-ask for drinks and or to go containers etc. The atmosphere was amazing. The live music was wonderful and an overall excellent experience. We would recommend any of the burgers and the grilled cheese and tomato soup was wonderful.
Super innovative and elevated food. We were told that the menu changes here daily except for three signature items and it's really evident that they put extraordinary effort into the dishes. Everything detail of the plate is well thought out, taking full advantage of culinary compliments and contrasts. This is a great place to share everything to maximize the experience. Pricey, but justified.
My daughter ordered the Prohibition chili burger, she is a Pescatarian and her burger was amazing. My son and husband ordered the The Edison burger and it was so delicious! The fries were also delicious and came in cute tiny fry baskets. Juan was our server and he was a great server, very helpful and professional. The live music was a nice touch. The atmosphere is cool. I highly recommend.

An amazing experience in terms of theme and decorations. So much attention to a hundred different details that truly made you feel that you were in a different time and place. The food was nothing to get excited about (except the candied bacon, that was incredible); overall, average food for high prices. But I expected that going in and therefore wasn't disappointed.
