the lunch on Sunday on the way to the house from the visit of chester and we had one of the best on Sunday meals we ever had. the place where the food was the beer selection was to die, so if they are looking for a great Sunday dinner, then they will not look further they will not be disappointed.

had a beautiful evening meal, the portions are very generous. the room was large and clean and en suite. I grew up to breakfast and was presented with this....absolutely fabulous. the staff are all helpful and friendly. also participated in the evening quiz!

absolutely beautiful Sunday dinner. the meat was so delicate! beautiful pub with all original features, such a friendly atmosphere and the personal can not do enough for them. we can't wait until we come back and stay. highly recommended

enjoy an excellent Sunday lunch one of us had the traditional roast beef, etc, while the other chose fish and chips. both meals were very high.
