We had a family Sunday lunch for five at this restaurant. This was our third visit, but I have not written any reviews yet. I was surprised by the 4.6 review score, as I thought it should be around 4.8+. We were very satisfied with the food and the service. I felt a great teamwork vibe from the waitstaff. We had the Sunday roast, which never disappoints here. I am happy to pay a higher price for this quality. The gluten-free meals and options on the menu are exceptional. When I visited, they had GF fish and chips and Scotch eggs available. These items were prepared separately to prevent cross-contamination. I went for Sunday lunch and found the restaurant to be very busy. Despite this, they seated us earlier than expected and indicated the gluten-free options clearly. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The roast beef came with a gluten-free Yorkshire pudding, which was delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
