Came here for Sunday lunch having followed their Chef on social media for some time and seeing all the wonderful dishes. Was not disappointed!! Hands down the best roast I’ve ever had (bar my mums… Very generous portions,a lovely selection of fresh,well-cooked veg and fantastic gravy. We had the beef and the lamb. I couldn’t believe the amount of meat on both plates. Pigs in blankets as a side were great. We didn’t really have room for dessert, but when there was treacle tart and sticky date pudding on the menu,so we made space!! I have a nut allergy and felt confident in the staffs handling of this. As a biker, I like pubs that serve proper coffee, especially decaf, preferably with cream, so the Exchange just needs to upgrade from full fat milk to cream : There's a garden out the back that's nice and sunny on the north side and shady on the south side, so you can sit round a table with your mates, sun worshipers on one side, sun dodgers on the other and everyone's happy. Plenty of seating in the shade out the front, too. They show big sporting events inside, if that's your thing.
My partner and I popped in for a drink after the T20 cricket and it was one of the most fun evenings I 've had in a long time! The staff were so friendly and on the ball, especially given that the pub was quite busy. We were greeted with a smile, served very efficiently and enjoyed a fantastic evening of live music. Needless to say, the one quick drink turned into several! Amazing atmosphere, fantastic people. What more do you want!
This is a good old fashioned locals pub with big TVs and sports broadcast for the casual customer. There's a shady area out front with tables and benches with a 50:50 sun and shady beer garden at the back. Plenty of room inside for sporting events and when it's cold. I haven't eaten there but I'm told the food is good by folk I trust. All the staff have been super friendly when I've been catching up with mates who are local.

The Exchange is our go-to for the great atmosphere, banging food and lovely friendly staff. Perfect for Sundays with the doggos, a delicious roast and a pint of 3. Loads of great entertainment on most weekends and great food menu for the rest of the week too. It’s had a refurb recently and it’s looking great!

Normally a lovely spot. Certain members off staff have made it less so in recent years. It’s a real shame as most of the staff, and the venue has been great, sadly particular members of staff have made this a steer clear and head to one of the many other lovely hove pubs!!
What a great venue, we stayed in an Air B and B just round the corner, found this pub and didn’t leave! The food is amazing and there is so many TVs for watching sport etc! Big shout out to the team!

What a pub. Amazing atmosphere for the football Staff was great when busy. Food was fantastic. Well done Shan and team. Will be back for the next game.
