The Farmer's Boy - Réservation de table

I brought my family to this restaurant for Sunday roast. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The vegetables were quite dry. We sat outside in the backyard, but the tables were not child-friendly for our 4 and 6-year-old. I requested a high chair for my 2-year-old, but it was too low, so we had to improvise with the plate. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for families. The staff was also very unfriendly.

The service at this pub is really nice and friendly. I tried the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and it was good. I will definitely be returning, perhaps in the summer next time as the outdoor area looks like a nice place to enjoy in the sunshine. They have vegetarian options like the veggie burger with chips and Wellington with roast vegetables, vegetarian gravy, and Yorkshire pudding. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

This wonderful neighborhood pub is loved by locals but also friendly to visitors. I wish all pubs had the same cozy, clean, homey atmosphere. While it may be a bit secluded and difficult to reach without a car, the countryside setting adds to its charm. This place has inspired me to visit more pubs, especially as so many are sadly closing down. The food is top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 rating.

Visited at Christmas Eve and had a lovely salad. The portions are generous, staff are helpful and friendly, service was quick, prices were fair. Decorations were warm, modern and welcoming. We booked a Christmas dinner well in advance of the day the staff did not appear to know what was going on, the food was cold and not all the choices we had ordered were available not good Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. It was very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning soon. The price per person was around £30-40, but it was well worth it. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.
