The amazing customer service provided by Umy is always friendly and polite, making me and my partner feel very welcome and comfortable. She definitely deserves a raise! We have dined at the restaurant numerous times and the seafood is delicious. We even order takeout for collection, although it would be even better if there was a delivery service available. I highly recommend Fat Crab and will definitely return. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great!
We had been wanting to try this seafood boil restaurant for a while now, and I have to say, it did not disappoint. It was one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory. I am already excited to return, and my daughter and I can't stop talking about it. Seafood lovers should definitely check it out. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, especially our fantastic waitress.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Fat Crab in Harrow. We had the lobsters, snow crab, prawns and mussels which were all great quality. Highly recommend the Cajun sauce which was divine! Anda looked after us brilliantly, guiding us through the experience and taking special care to cater to the needs of our little one. Would definitely visit again!
I come here every now and then when I fancy crab and prawns, it has not changed much over the years, a couple of new items on the menu, the food is good and cooked well so no complaints ! but I have noticed the price has gone up considerably! I would recommend Fat Crab but be prepared to pay! Réservez une table maintenant
The food was delicious. It was even better being served by Umy again! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about food and seafood. She guided us in ordering and showed us how to fully enjoy our meal. The service and food were both exceptional.
The Fat Crab never fails to impress. We brought my cousin here for his birthday dinner and he said the Lobster with the whole shebang spice and lemon pepper fries was one of the best meals he's ever had. I agree! I'll be back soon!
Horrible customer service very rude and when I asked if they have a walk in service they said yes I drove all the way for 40 minutes and they said no sorry we are fully booked. Tiny restaurant with horrible staff.
Been here plenty of times and the food is divine especially the calamari and the portions are decent and staff are nice. Just wish it had a bigger venue! Réservez une table maintenant
