This visit did not meet the usual standards I've come to expect. It seems that the restaurant is experiencing a staffing shortage, similar to many others at the moment. We waited over an hour for our salads. Although our order was taken within the first 10 minutes, it was handled by a different server about 45 minutes later. The food was acceptable, but not as good as during my previous visits. I would still recommend this restaurant, as I believe this was an isolated incident. However, I found it odd that the servers did not offer dessert or any other form of compensation, especially since they were clearly aware of the delay.
The wine selection is outstanding, and the crafted cocktails are made to perfection. I really enjoyed the crab cake appetizer. The filet was delicious, as I've never had a disappointing one at Final Cut. The pork chop is massive and packed with fantastic flavor. The service, presentation, and overall taste were exceptional. I highly recommend this place!
My prime rib didn’t really have any seasoning. My husband ordered his ribeye med and it was practically well done. My cousin asked for no bacon on her spinach but it was delivered to the table with bacon. Really the only thing good were the drinks.
Service by Jane was excellent as always. I had the lollipop lamb chops special and it was delicious. Mushroom gravy was the best I've ever had. Kudos to the chef.

Great service. Good food. They have a limited menu selection due to results of Covid but any selection you make you will enjoy your meal.

The steaks were tender and prepared perfectly as ordered. Service was (and has always been) excellent.
The prime was flavorless and tough. The manager, Jason was apologetic and took them off our bill.
