The Fitzgerald Burger L'eliana

Terrible service!! After waiting for over 45 minutes for our food we only got half of it which was already cold and we decided to leave. We tried to get a refund but there was a que (at least 5 other unhappy costumers) for that so we just left. How a company manages to hire such a incompetent staff is a mystery!

La comida de buena. Algo caro bajo mi punto de vista teniendo en cuenta el pésimo servicio que ofrece el personal. En cuanto hay 4 mesas ya no hay nadie atendiendo en caja. Parece que te hacen un favor por atenderte. Mal y cada vez peor

Total disorganization, people waiting for over an hour with other being served. I had to complain several times to get my burger. No training no Managment. Even in McDonald’s you get better service.

El sitio está bien, es bonito y la comida está buena. El parque infantil esta muy sucio y descuidado, una lástima
