A great pub to stop at during our hiking round between Clan and Cavendish. They have a good selection of beer on tap. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and we even had a sweet little dog with us. The snack menu was nice; my friends ordered the two-person platter, which was a fantastic value for the money. They also had rugby playing on TV, just as we were hoping. There are plenty of outdoor seats as well, making it perfect for warm weather. I will definitely return if we're in the area again!
Wonderfully restored local village public house with a range of real ales and drinks. The staff are open and friendly and you feel at peace as soon as you enter the door. They also rent out small rooms next the pub and while they don't do food the atmosphere and welcome more than make up for it. Be aware, that the name five bells is due to the church bells next door that have been ringing on time for decades. For me it is the call of the countryside for others an annoyance.
I stayed here for just one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations and offered a beautiful view of the village green. We've already rebooked for our next visit!

This pub has been wonderfully renovated. It boasts a fantastic location and has a spacious outdoor area. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. Keep up the excellent work!
This charming pub offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors. They serve excellent ale on tap, and there's a children's playground nearby to keep the little ones entertained.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. It's located right on the green, providing a great space for the kids to play. We highly recommend it!
