One of the absolute best bakeries this side of the Atlantic, tucked away on 1st Ave, in Atlantic Highlands. The owner is an artist, a master of her craft. If you are anywhere near the neighborhood come in to this place for an experience that you can only find in some the best places in France.
I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and the quality and variety of delicious offerings are top-notch. There's always something new to try every day, and they feature some seasonal items...

We popped in to the Flaky Tart today and we had lovely fresh pancakes and good strong coffee . Very good service too. Will definitely be back
