This charming cafe is conveniently located and offers delicious baked goods. We arrived at opening time to find the goods still in the oven, so be sure to plan accordingly. The shelves were stocked around noon and everything we ordered was delightful. I tried the matcha panna cotta with red bean paste and an oolong milk tea at half sweetness, which was not very sweet; I would opt for regular sweetness next time. The tea had a rich flavor and my friend enjoyed the strawberry matcha latte with boba. The service was friendly and informative. The line for baked goods grew quickly, indicating their popularity. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.
The Foundry Bakery is one of the best things to happen to the St. Louis food scene in a very long time. The quality of the food at the Foundry easily rivals that of Asian bakeries seen in NYC and San Francisco and the offerings, such as the Portuguese egg tarts, are ones I would not expect to ever encounter in a Midwest city of this size. To boot as well, Ray and Leah are incredibly personable and care deeply about their customers. I appreciate Ray’s perpetual smile and his interest in everybody’s ongoings every time I’ve ever visited the Foundry Bakery I have had a fantastic time.
Foundry has been my absolute go-to spot for pastries, drinks and desserts! The quality has been consistently wonderful, and the owners are just the nicest! My favorite drinks are hojicha milk tea and matcha strawberry latte. Pastry wise I love theirpineapple shortcake, the homemade pineapple jam tastes 100 times better than the store bought ones. I also love the Cronut, theChocolate cherry bread and my husband loves their red bean bun and taro bun.
Love coming here Egg tarts have to be our favorite But all their breads are sooooo delicious Though not pictured they have interesting drinks that I highly encourage everyone to try out. Morning mojito coffee was super tasty Also their boba game have definitely been improved since my last review! Have to drive 20-30 minutes to go here but it has been worth the drive every time

This bakery is fantastic! It is a must-visit for their delicious baked goods as well as their boba tea and coffee. I especially enjoy their iced Vietnamese coffee with boba. The Portuguese egg tart is incredibly tasty and definitely worth trying. The taro bun is also really good. Don't pass up the opportunity to visit this place - it's amazing!
Find a great little bakery! Once you walk in the door, you can smell the leak in the air. Your gripping and going baked items have a great choice, and the boba bar, while limited in options compared to chain stores, never disappointed. Try the strawberry game for a treat!
Best Asian bakery in town! Berry bread and orange glazed pastry are a must try cannot miss out on those! Order a day ahead for berry bread online, they always run out because they sell big batches of those. Berry bread has goji berries, walnuts a great snack for kids too!

The only regret we have is not visiting this restaurant sooner. The breads and pastries tasted like they were made with a lot of love and talent. This place is a hidden gem that everyone should know about and enjoy the soul-satisfying deliciousness. Share the love!
So many unique items that are simply sublime. You are not going to find better pasteis de nata anywhere else. Many classic Taiwanese pastries taken to the next level. Boba is worthy of the country that invented it!
