The Gables At Chadds Ford

We live extremely close here and have not been here in quite some time. We had Martin as our server and he was fantastic. Was extra special to our 5 year old and had the bartender come to our table when I asked for a bourbon smash to drink, to ask for specifics; that was an added touch. Filet was great, wife's entree was fab and the creme brulee was perfect. I'd give a 6 outta 5 if I could. Thanks Martin for a wonderful dinner. We'll be back very soon. Waited at our table over 20 mins without service. Short ribs dried out. Pork chop dry and chewy. Chairs were the most uncomfortable ever. 1 bus girl had leather thong bracelet which dipped into my meal when she reached across the table. Sooo loud in there, terrible acoustics, coul not hear the other 3 people in my party. No paper towels in lady's room.

The food was delicious! We sat on the patio, which had a great atmosphere, the service was amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

The mushroom soup is outstanding. Chacoterie is very nice as well. Beautiful bar and relaxing atmosphere.

They have a great room upstairs for private parties
