The Garden On The Lake

My party of three only enjoyed breakfast that was part of our room expense, and it was delicious. I'm sending this mostly to apologize for my error in the name of the hotel in my review of our stay at the hostel, the BON RIVAGE....The menu for the other meals looked inviting, but it was Jazz Fest time, and we were visiting family, so meals were either at the festival booths or at home Next time...

C'est feutré et les tables (rondes pour la plupart) sont espacées. Idéal pour se retrouver à 4 ou 5. Les menus sont intéressants, ainsi que le choix de vins.Certes en hiver ou fin d'automne on ne peut pas profiter du jardin mais l'intérieur vaut déjà largement le détour.Seul (petit) bémol : une fois entré dans l'hôtel c'est un petit peu tortueux pour atteindre le restaurant.

really do not blame that this wonderful jewel of an orte. we went past the lake and called without booking. had a beautiful meal on the sunny terrace with views of the sea. fantastic sea caught fish with risotto and sweet, followed by birne and apple. art and two beautiful bottles sancerre! that would have been rude. would also remain there. wonderful

I stayed in the hotel and the first day we had lunch at the restaurant. All dishes were fantastic, great ingredients and preparation. We were very satisfied with the restaurant experience was above our expectation. Looking forward to come back again

Good food,nice view, good service, good wines maybe a bit old-fashion clients. If they find a way to rejuvenate this place, I would give a 5/5.
